The Helix Test is an ideal process challenge device and suitable for every
sterilization process in a loaded autoclave.
It can also be used to ensure maximum steam penetration where hollow instruments, or instruments with small lumina, are concerned. Interster’s R&D has been busy during the past six months to update the existing ISP® Helix Test System in relation to the tube. This new Helix test system is in conformity with the latest EN standards (EN 867-5 and EN 13060).
The lay-out of the helix strips has also undergone a facelift:
article number, lot number, time and temperature are indicated on the strips (EN 11140-1 (class 6)).
